Digital Storytelling Circles (DiSC)

 Seed storytelling movements.
Empower ordinary people to tell their extraordinary stories.

A joint initiative of the National Book Development Council of Singapore and Digital Storytelling Asia. With the support of the National Library Board

Objective:

To see Digital Storytelling become a movement in Singapore and Asia.

What is DiSC?

  • A Support Group that meets on the first Tuesday of every other month.
  • A platform for Digital Storytellers enthusiasts to interact with one another.
  • An introduction for those who want to learn more about digital storytelling.
  • Membership is free.

Scheduled Dates and themes (Kindly check back in case of any changes)

  • 8 November 2011 – Uses of Digital Stories  - You just made your digital story, or you’re planning to make one. So, what’s next? Learn where and how to use your digital stories. Hear from our workshop participants what they did.

Time: 7 pm – 8.30pm
Visitors’ Briefing Room, Level 1, National Library Building, Victoria Street
Admission is FREELimited seating capacity.
